You should know

The outdoor swimming pool is open from 1st April to 30th September; the hot tubs and sauna are open year-round.
You can bring up to two well-behaved dogs for an extra £30 each. Dog walks are on your doorstep, and there’s also a dog washing station to clean those mucky paws.
Pets shouldn’t be left unattended in the cottage, and try to keep them off the sofa and beds.
There are four super king beds, and three can be made into twin rooms
Parking is shared with the other cottages at the front of the complex.

This delightful, self-catered holiday cottage accommodates eight guests and is the perfect spot to enjoy the quintessential Cornish countryside. Situated just 10 minutes from Falmouth, located in one of the UK's most sought-after holiday destinations, this cottage provides fabulous access to some of the best beaches in the country. Try your hand at new water sports, hang out at Falmouth harbour and sample some award-winning restaurants, before retiring back to your cottage for a relaxing dip in the hot tub.

This four-bedroom contemporary cottage, ideal for groups of family and friends, is set in a pretty stone courtyard with plenty of amenities for a memorable holiday. You and your loved ones will be able to enjoy a dip in the shared swimming pool, which sits outside and is heated ensuring you stay warm whatever the weather. You even have access to a private hot tub, where you can enjoy an indulgent soak with a glass of bubbles. The communal games room features a table tennis table and pool, should you wish to challenge your friends to a game. If you're bringing the kids along, they will also love the children's play field with swings, trampoline, slide and games lawn, too.

Converted from an original stone dairy barn, the cottage is an inviting space to relax with a cosy lounge that features a log-burning fireplace. Get comfy on the sofas, throw some logs on the flames and socialise with your loved ones as they crackle away. The Tassimo coffee machine ensures you can enjoy a morning coffee in style, which you can take outside whilst sitting at the small bistro table on the private patio. Steps from the patio give you quick access to the swimming pool.

Trelawney has a nicely equipped kitchen with everything you'll need to prepare a hearty breakfast, light lunch or delicious dinner. It also features a dishwasher, microwave and washing machine for added convenience.

When you're not exploring the local nightlife, the property has a smart TV that's ideal for movie nights and there's high-speed WiFi throughout.

When bed time beckons you can all enjoy a good night's rest in the comfortable bedrooms. One super-king bedroom with an ensuite shower room is downstairs, which is ideal for those with limited mobility. Upstairs, are two more super-king bedrooms and a twin room. One super-king bedroom has an ensuite; the other shares the main bathroom with the twin room.

You're perfectly placed just outside the picturesque village of Mawnan Smith, four miles from Falmouth. After surfing, paddleboarding or exploring hidden coves, head to Falmouth to browse the art galleries and boutique shops, dine in award-winning restaurants and take sunset walks along the harbour.

You also explore the sub-tropical Trebah Garden - complete with a secluded beach - and the nearby museums and castles. But with so many amenities and lovely walks on your doorstep, you may find yourself staying close to the cottage.
