If you want to escape for a while and build unforgettable memories, The Bushel could be the perfect place for you. A charming safari tent set on four acres of natural fields and woodland, this cosy home puts the glam into glamping with a kitchen garden full of fresh produce, chickens wandering around, a hot tub to soak in and a pond where you can indulge in a bit of wild swimming. You can even book the sauna in the spa area or hire the Dutch style bikes for the day, to make your stay extra special. Sleeping four guests, it is the perfect destination for families looking to spend quality time together.

When bedtime beckons, comfort is guaranteed with a Hypnos Cashmere super-king size bed and two single cabin beds for the children. And, when the weather's chilly the Applestack stove will help to keep your tent and its occupants snug and warm, whilst also providing a welcoming focal point to gather round for evening board game sessions or cups of tea. Traipsing to a cold toilet block is a thing of the past as you have your own modern bathroom complete with a rainforest shower and fluffy towels.

The compact but well-equipped kitchen area offers a Nespresso machine, induction hob and fridge/freezer where you can easily prepare family meals, or for a more rustic experience, you’ll find a firepit and BBQ grill outside where you can toast marshmallows under the stars and impress the kids with your alfresco cooking skills.

Your safari tent is set in a clearing in the woods with a view to the orchard and offers a spacious sun deck with seating and a dining area so you can feast while enjoying the peaceful tranquility of your surroundings. Relax in the hammocks or fire up the large wood-fired soaking tub and luxuriate in the warmth with a glass of wine while the kids are picking apples.

The whole family will enjoy exploring the four acres of woodland and fields around you. Go pond dipping and keep an eye out for wildlife. For the more energetic, why not hire bikes and discover the local area? There are plenty of pubs and vineyards nearby to discover or have a traditional day out at the seaside and try some fish and chips at the pretty coastal towns of Southwold and Aldeburgh.
