At Palm Beach House, floor-to-ceiling windows, vaulted ceilings, sharp lines and a crisp and airy colour palette all combine to create a stay that blends style, Scandi-inspired minimalism and comfort. Sleeping a maximum of eight guests across five bedrooms, this is a beachside property that is perfect for those seeking a combination of countryside calm and modern luxury. Just don't forget your walking shoes!
Bathed in natural light, the open planned living area features the kitchen, dining and sitting areas. The sleek kitchen comes with all mod cons while the kitchen bar provides the perfect place to enjoy your breakfast and morning coffee. The adjacent table sits beneath a vaulted ceiling and will easily seat all guests. Sitting between two floor-to-ceiling windows, the living area has ample seating orientated around the cosy, modern wood burner and flat screen TV, perfect for a long evening curled up with your loved ones. The lounge looks onto the decking area which is accessed by a set of glass doors. The ground floor also houses two king sized bedrooms and one shower room.
On the first floor, you will find the family bathroom, complete with a freestanding bath, WC, and basin, and a further three bedrooms: two king size (one with an ensuite shower room and balcony), and one single bedroom/snug with a balcony. This can be extended to a double upon request. All the beds have luxury orthopaedic mattresses and are draped in the finest linens. Outside the property there is a decked terrace to both the front and rear of the house - perfect for firing up the barbecue or having an evening tipple as you take in the unspoiled starry sky.
Pett is a quiet seaside village just one minute from the beach. If you'd rather keep your feet dry, however, there are two charming local pubs, both offering local beers and warm welcomes. The area is also replete with gorgeous walking routes, and you will be just a short drive from the sand dunes of Camber Sands. Should you be after a taste of urban life, then you are perfectly positioned between Hastings on one side and Rye on the other. The former has lots of shopping on offer and a historic old quarter while the latter is a quintessentially picturesque Sussex town with pretty buildings, tea rooms, bars and restaurants.
