This delightful property is less than a five minutes’ walk from Camber’s famous dunes and sandy beach, and makes the perfect coastal retreat for family and friends. Comfortably accommodating up to ten guests, the home boasts five spacious bedrooms, two living areas, a fully equipped kitchen and a half-acre private garden. Beautifully designed to a modern British-Scandinavian style, it has been carefully decorated with artwork and sculptures from local artists and photographers, and furnished with a mix of classic and contemporary pieces. The house is powered by 100% renewable resources, including a solar panel on the roof.
Guests enter into a large hallway, which has plenty of room to store beach bags in the summer and coats and wellies in winter. A stairway leads to the first floor and opens out to an impressive double-height room with a wall of windows that provide lots of natural light, as well as lovely views of the dunes. Here you’ll find the open plan living area, which has lots of seating and a cosy wood burning stove, a great place for guests to socialise and relax. Towards the back of the room is the kitchen, fitted out with modern appliances and spacious, hardwood worktops. Alongside the kitchen is the dining table where everyone can enjoy meals together. On the ground floor is the second living space, which has a TV, DVD player and a broad selection of films, ideal for a family movie night.
The five bedrooms - one master with ensuite, one king size, one double bed, one twin bedroom (which can be set up as another super king on request) and one bunkbed room – are located upstairs, all fitted with luxuriously comfortable mattresses (either orthopaedic or memory foam) and Egyptian cotton sheets. There are two large family bathrooms, where White Company toiletries and fluffy towels are provided.
Outside the property is the large, fenced garden and patio that are both bathed in sun from morning to evening. The patio has a barbecue and outdoor table for alfresco dining, whilst the grassy lawn has a large trampoline to keep young ones occupied.
You’ll be moments away from Camber’s coastline which, unlike many other Sussex beaches, features miles of glorious white sand. Perfect for a day out with the family, you can bathe in the sea, build sandcastles, stroll down the coastline or if you’re feeling adventurous, try out some watersports like kitesurfing and wakeboarding. The surrounding area is also great for cycling, with many popular on and off-road trails nearby, providing a fantastic way to explore the area and take in the wonderful scenery.
The ancient town of Rye is a short drive away, where you’ll find cobbled streets lined with medieval houses, antique shops, tearooms, traditional pubs and excellent restaurants. And finally, a trip to this part of the south coast would not be complete without seeing Dungeness, a vast expanse of shingle beach, freshwater pits and wildflower meadows. We recommend climbing up the old lighthouse for a stunning panoramic view of the landscape, then heading to The Pilot Inn for arguably the best fish and chips in the country.

High season holidays are from Friday to Friday
We are a pet-free and no smoking house.
Christmas and New Year are charged at high season prices.
The deposit for booking confirmation is 20%. The remainder is to be paid 2 months before arrival. To cover the cost of any damage to the property we will require a refundable security deposit. This will be repaid once the house has been checked within 48 hours of departure.
