Situated in a prime location on the beachfront of a historic Sussex town, this contemporary property certainly has the wow factor. With uninterrupted sea views and direct access to a pebble beach, it’s the perfect choice for a seaside holiday with family or friends. Add to that a private hot tub and a five-hole mini golf course and you’ve got all the ingredients for a getaway to remember.
Stepping inside the spacious property, you’ll be greeted by a light and airy lobby with huge windows and a lavish marble floor. Straight ahead is the beach room, which boasts bi-fold doors leading out to the garden. A comfy leather sofa is in the perfect spot for sitting and enjoying the stunning sea views and the room also boasts an additional kitchen, ideal for grabbing a snack when you’re sunning yourself outside. The ground floor also houses four of the five plush bedrooms – two of which are ensuite – a family bathroom and a useful utility room.
The eye-catching floating staircase will take you to the first floor where you’ll find an ensuite bedroom and a huge open-plan living area. This contemporary space has floor-to-ceiling windows to make the most of the spectacular sea views.
Keen chefs will love the fully equipped kitchen, where you can cook up a storm while overlooking the ocean, and when it comes to indoor eating, you’ve got the choice of an informal breakfast bar or a large dining table.
The sociable seating area boasts comfy sofas and an enormous flatscreen TV (movie night, anyone?) and there’s also a coffee table and chairs, perfectly positioned in front of the window, so you can soak up the sea views while enjoying a morning coffee or pre-dinner drink. And if you want to get even closer to the surrounding scenery, step out onto the balcony off the living area, where you bag a lounger and relax while you take it all in.
And the outside space doesn’t end there. With front and back gardens, this spectacular property also provides an alfresco dining area, a private hot tub overlooking the beach and a fun five-hole mini golf course.
With all this on offer, you could be forgiven for not wanting to leave your seaside pad, but if you do decide to venture further afield, Shoreham town centre, with its restaurants, bars and old town, is just a 10-minute walk away and vibrant Brighton, with its pier, pavilion and array of independent shops, is a 15-minute drive.
