Situated directly on the beach, with stunning views and boasting a spacious and glamorous interior this a holiday home where magical memories are made. Whether you're lounging in the hot tub, getting in after a day on the beach, or relaxing in the garden whilst enjoying the sea views in summer, this home has everything you need for an enjoyable stay.
The spectacular location provides a theme that runs through the house, starting in the large open plan area. Reclaimed drift wood forms the impressive fireplace which is surrounded by stylish white u-shaped sofas, where guests can come together and socialise throughout their stay.
The clean, white decor and lovely furnishings enhance the natural light throughout this impressive space, from the cabinets of the well-equipped kitchen to the pool table in the games area. A glamorous glass-topped dining table offers diners views out over the beach to the sea and makes every mealtime special. There are also two bar areas for more informal seating, making a nice spot to take a seat for a pre-dinner cocktail or an espresso and a chat with the designated chef.
The kitchen has a granite work surface, a large range cooker, and an American-style fridge. This open plan area makes cooking sociable and fun and there is plenty of workspace for friends to take the role of sous-chef. There is easy access from the kitchen to the spectacular outside area where, when the weather permits, guests may want to take the majority of their meals. You can also enjoy a soak in your own private hot tub for an added slice of seaside luxury.
There are various seating options, from sun loungers to sofas and dining tables, while large parasols keep the heat of the day at bay. Guests can always just lie back and dry off in the sun after taking dips in the sea. Just a low wall separates the house from the beach, giving easy access to the sea and shingles.
When bedtime beckons, guests are spoiled for choice with the uniquely designed bedrooms. Each room has been furnished with comfort, luxury and style in mind. On the ground floor there are three bedrooms, a great option for those who struggle with stairs, including a family suite which has its own seating/television area and views out over the garden. Upstairs are the rest of the bedrooms, many with their own en suite bathrooms, all decorated to an exceptionally high standard. Pendant lighting, lush rugs and throws and tasteful art work give each of these rooms their own character.
The bathrooms are no less impressive. Guests can enjoy large walk-in showers and freestanding bath tubs and there is an abundance of white fluffy towels waiting for when you emerge.
Within a short distance from the beach house is a selection of shops, restaurants and cafes. There are also plenty of beautiful walks along the coast and also in the South Downs.

During Low Season, a minimum 2 night stay applies – January, February, November & December (excluding Half Terms, Christmas & New Year)
During Mid Season, a minimum 3 night stay applies – March, April, May, June, September & October. (excluding Easter, and Half Terms). Bank Holidays are a minimum of 3 nights stay, unless within a Half Term, Summer or Christmas/NY then min 7 nights.
During High Season, a minimum 7 night stay applies – 2021 summer dates are sold out. 2022 summer dates are from 1st July – 9th September 2022. High Season also includes Christmas and New Year, Easter and Half Terms – all require minimum of 7 nights stay.
