The fabulous kitchen showcases the house's characteristic combination of sleek modern finishes and authentic older charm. The dining space and its casual table open up into the sitting room, that is arranged around a wood-burning stove to keep you cosy in the colder months. Everything about the space has been deliberately selected to create a comfortable, stylish and cool dwelling.
The rooms are set up as two king sized bedrooms and one twin, all spacious and beautifully styled. Choose to eat together at the dining table once you've whipped up a feast of seafood and freshly foraged local produce, or head to the long outside table and dine in the beautiful glow of the coastal Sussex light. The garden also features plenty of sun loungers and deck chairs dotted about offering up an ideal spot for a cold beer or even glass of Sussex wine. The timber decking is an enduringly popular spot for guests throughout the day, from their morning cup of locally roasted coffee to the last chat after sun set with loved ones.
When it comes to bed time, the six guests are easily accommodated in three comfy, stylish bedrooms. There are two king-sized rooms and one twin bedroom. All of which provide super comfy beds and calming neutral tones to guarantee you a wonderful night's sleep. The family bathroom also has a bath, meaning you can enjoy a relaxing soak after a long day on the beach.

With the beaches so close, choose from swimming, sunbathing, paddle boarding and fishing as you while away long sunny days on the water. As well as the nationally celebrated beaches at Rye and Camber Sands, all within easy reach, if you head inland you'll find yourself on the rolling hills of the South Downs. Within easily walkable Pett village itself you can find the Royal Oak pub and the Two Sawyers, both of which are charming local pubs with great menus. The Ship at Winchelsea contains an award winning butcher shop, a nice cafe and a restaurant, plus a food hall of sorts. A little further along, Rye is a long-celebrated destination for foodies from the Southeast and beyond.

Weekend pricing ranges from £300 to £350 per night
Minimum stay varies from 2 nights (off peak) to 5-7 nights over the summer period.
