You’ll find this light and bright West Sussex beach house tucked away down a quiet cul-de-sac, ensuring a restful holiday for any family staying together. The upside-down layout means socialising is set to a backdrop of sea views, and when you’d like to get a closer look at the water, there is direct access to Elmer Sands beach from the private back garden. Two paddle boards are provided for those keen to expend some energy, while those who’d prefer to take it easy kick back and relax in the hot tub.
The communal area spans 700 square feet and contains everything you need for spending comfortable quality time with your loved ones. Unwind on the soft sofas with your tipple of choice at the end of the day after cooking up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen. Dig into fish and chips at the dining table, and on quiet afternoons, make a beeline for the reading corner in front of the large windows. You’ll notice coastal tones and natural textures throughout the space, rooting the home firmly in its surroundings. There is also a furnished balcony on this level – it’s the ideal spot to watch the sunset.
When it comes to sleeping arrangements, there is a bedroom with a bunk bed and a large shower room on the first level. Head downstairs to encounter two large bedrooms boasting king size beds and access to the garden. There is also a twin bedroom and a bathroom with a shower on this floor. Bath towels are provided, so you won’t need to worry about packing your own.
Outside, there are two gardens – one features a six-seater hot tub, a picnic table and a BBQ making it ideal for evenings spent socialising together, while the other benefits from access to the beach. Elmer Sands beach is calm and uncrowded, with critters in rock pools at low tide and a walking route that leads all the way to Bognor Regis. On days when you’d prefer to spend your time inland, take the 17-minute drive to the market town of Arundel or explore the South Downs National Park. End your excursion with some pub grub at the Eagle Inn, followed by a well-deserved ice cream at the Parlour.

From £1,950 pw in low season. Week-end and Short stays available on request.
Rates include end-of-stay clean. The Hot tub is available all year.
Check-in/out: Friday to Friday in high season is preferred but dates are flexible when possible.
Feb, Mar,: £1,950 pw / £1,200 week-end stay with late Sunday check-out.
Apr/May: £2,500 pw / short stays on request.
Jun: £2,975 pw / short stays on request.
Jul: £3,650 pw. Minimum four days at £2,600
Aug: £4,250 pw / min 4 days @£2,950.
Sep: £2,650 pw.
