Directly on the water's edge with its own mooring and pontoon, you'll discover a beautifully designed contemporary structure reminiscent of the homes of the rich and famous in LA.
You enter directly into the stunning living area, stylishly decorated with modern comfortable furnishings and floor-to-ceiling windows with an ultra-modern kitchen where bi-folding glass doors open onto a stunning terrace. These glass doors bring the outside in and the terrace is perfect for dining alfresco whilst enjoying magnificent views across the estuary. You'll feel compelled to immediately open a bottle of champagne and head outside whilst someone else deals with the cooking in the very well equipped kitchen. The terrace also has a large gas BBQ, perfect for throwing some steaks on if you're not in the mood for food prep.
On the lower ground floor you'll find four beautifully decorated bedrooms which have the feel of a high class hotel. Each room has been carefully furnished with lovely ornaments and stylish art on the walls. Two of the rooms have en-suite facilities and TV's, and all of the rooms have sliding doors through which you can access the terrace and lawned garden. A perfect spot for that early morning coffee or a lovely place from which to watch the sun set over the river with a pre dinner cocktail.
Whilst there is no need to ever leave this delightful haven of luxury you might want to jump in the car, or the boat, and explore some of the beautiful beaches and secluded coves famous to Cornwall. There are plenty of wonderful places to dine including The View near Whitsand Bay and The Canteen at Maker Heights. Alternatively you could buy some fabulous fresh local seafood and return to your terrace for a BBQ with gallons of wine. The charming seaside villages of Cawsand and Kingsand are also close by and the magical Rame Peninsula is certainly worth a visit.
