Right in the centre of the charming and exquisite Pollensa Old Town, Residencia 24 is a lovingly restored architectural gem with high ceilings, substantial living space, and a fifteen metre saltwater pool. Accommodating up to twelve guests this property has been painstakingly renovated with an emphasis on persevering and enhancing the original features and fittings. Residencia 24 now blends the very finest in historic Mediterranean aesthetics with the luxury and comfort of the twenty first century.

The 580 square metre space has been divided into six bedrooms, all of which have decadent and stunning en suite bathrooms, and a total of four living spaces, including a book-lined ground floor reading room, a favourite with many guests. Throughout the property, which features four-metre-high ceilings, smart TVs, and a wood-burning stove, the same aesthetic of grandeur, taste, and authenticity prevails. 

The grand drawing room with its board games and original fireplace is a wonderful place to spend time as a family. Those who have to work can take a laptop up to the terrace or down to the reading room, and take advantage of the speedy Wi-Fi and tranquil focus available.  High-end finishes create a stunning interior, while the spacious swimming pool, private orchard, and large roof terrace all offer outdoor spaces to recline and enjoy your time away.

Pollensa offers the quintessential Mediterannean experience, with its excellent seafood, gorgeous stone architecture, and relaxed lifestyle. Spend your afternoons drinking a beer in the local cafes, head home for a siesta in your decadent bedroom, and return to the seafood restaurants which line the Placa Major for dinner. If you fancy leaving the poolside, the stunning beach at Puerta Pollensa is only a ten minute drive away.
