Recently built, and designed for holidaying, this villa offers generous outdoor space with a large pool, sun terraces and a barbecue area for cooking outdoors and making the most of the Mallorcan sunshine. Inside you’ll find four ensuite bedrooms, two doubles and two twins. The master bedroom has the addition of a separate dressing area and a large terrace, which wraps around two sides of the bedroom, giving you plenty of places to sit and enjoy the sunset.
Downstairs, there is a fully open plan lounge with a TV and DVD player and a fully equipped, modern kitchen that includes a fridge, freezer and even a wine cooler so you can stock up on the local wines. Cool off in the pool outside, or soak up the sunshine on the terrace or even in the jacuzzi. There's also a covered dining area complete with a table, chairs and a sofa, for true outdoor living. Older kids will love the outdoor table tennis table!
A great place to go bird-watching, with Montagu’s Harrier, Hobby and Honey Buzzards, Pallid Swifts and Sardinian Warblers all regularly sighted. There are also plenty of different walks in the area, and if you can pick up Valerie Crespi Green's little Sunflower book you’ll have access to routes all over the island. Pollença offers some fantastic restaurants, as well as spots for fresh gelato and squares to sit out in a watch the world go by over a cold beer. If you’re feeling energetic climb to the top of Puig de Pollença for great views down to the coast, and a mystical atmosphere.
