La Font 64

La Font 64 is named after its location, one of the most sought-after areas in Northern Mallorca. The private villa sits on its own enclosed grounds, a lush garden full of palm and pine trees, and has its own swimming pool. This tranquil haven feels a world away from anything, but is less than two kilometres away from Pollença Old Town and just a short drive from the seaside. Ideal for families or groups of friends, the home boasts three spacious bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen and lots of indoor and outdoor living space.

Upon entering, you’ll realise this isn’t an ordinary holiday villa. Its luxurious interiors are bathed in natural light and tastefully decorated with a stylish mix of contemporary and traditional furnishings. A real home away from home, you’ll have all the 21st-century comforts you could need, including a satellite TV, WiFi and air conditioning.

The hub of the home is the open-plan living space. This is where you’ll find the cosy lounge with its fireplace and TV, a lovely spot to unwind after a long day out exploring the island. Beyond here is the dining area and kitchen, which is very spacious and kitted out with state-of-the-art appliances, a real joy to cook in. Also included are all the pots and pans, glasses and crockery needed for a memorable meal.

La Font 64 has three bedrooms, a twin bedroom on the lower floor and a master and double room upstairs. Guests staying in the impressive master bedroom are treated to a walk-in wardrobe, an ensuite bathroom and a private terrace that overlooks the pool. The other two bedrooms both have their own shower room. The downstairs twin has access to the garden whilst the upstairs double has its own balcony.

The beautiful garden and pool area is the perfect place for the whole group to relax. There are plenty of loungers for sunbathing and the private 10m swimming pool (which can be heated on cooler days) is waiting for a morning swim, whilst also being the perfect place to cool down after soaking up some sun. There’s also a table tennis table and lots of space for games on the luscious green lawns, ideal for kids. The garden is complete with a BBQ area and a covered outdoor lounge and table for alfresco cooking and dining.

You’ll be spoilt for choice with things to do and places to see in the local area. The beach at Port de Pollença is a short drive away, where you can swim in the crystal-clear water or give wind-surfing or water skiing a go if you’re feeling adventurous. Need a break from the beach? Why not try out some other activities like tennis, horse riding, mountain hiking or cycling? And of course, the gorgeous Old Town is just down the road, where you’ll find narrow medieval streets lined with ancient blond stone buildings and a charming town centre full of fantastic restaurants and bars.
