You should know

• The basement level is furnished modestly and the bedrooms do not have air conditioning, this level is best suited to teenagers or children if travelling in a big group.
• The villa is cooled naturally due to the Mallorcan architecture used, for this reason air conditioning is only installed in the ground and first floor bedrooms.

With this much sunshine, you’ll want to make the most of it, so enjoy living outdoors at this beautiful villa on the island of Majorca. When you need some shade, hang out on the covered terrace, sit and eat altogether or sprawl out on the sofas to read or doze.

Space abounds indoors as well as out, with a vast, open living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen and doors that open directly out to the garden beyond. On this floor you’ll also find one double bedroom and one shower room. Upstairs are two further twin bedrooms with a full bathroom, and one double bedroom with an en suite. Should you wish to rent the basement floor, this includes a living room, two small, twin bedrooms, one shower room and direct access to the garden. At the front of the house you’ll find covered parking for two cars.

Can Teulada is the ideal distance to cycle to the old town of Pollença, and the country roads are perfect for runs or walks, with plenty of birds to spot. The northern foothills of the Sierra de Tramuntana are the backdrop of the historic town of Pollença, and just a few kilometres away are the beautiful, sandy beaches of the port. Pollença is a popular destination for painters and artists, there’s a market square that has plenty of outdoor cafés and several excellent restaurants as well as a market that takes place every Sunday from 8am - 1pm. Throughout the year there are musical events and fiestas, the most famous being the Moors and Christians battle in August. And if you’re feeling fit climb the 365 steps, one for each day of the year, of the Calvari. From here you have fantastic views of the north of the island and the rooftops of Pollença, and there’s even a small chapel at the top and a cafe to quench your thirst.
