Learn moreKowloon Park enjoys an enviable position at the top of a stunning parkland estate with tranquil river views and five acres of its own private land for you to enjoy. The sleek interior design and hand-crafted finishes complement the high-quality and considered architecture of this incredible cedar-clad lodge.
Inside your cosy lodge, the welcoming ambience washes over you as you gaze out of the window and take in the views. This is open-plan living at its finest. The luxurious leather living room chairs provide a comfortable spot to curl up with a hot drink in front of the blazing wood burner. Enjoy a movie night with Netflix or Freeview on the 50” smart TV or gather round for an evening of board games.
A kitchen island breakfast bar offers a sociable hub where you can plan your adventures or create delicious meals together. The well-equipped kitchen contains a huge American fridge, a dishwasher and everything you will need to feed your guests in style. Retire to the stylish oval dining table and enjoy the scenic views.
Each of the four bedrooms offers stunning views from double-glazed sliding doors at the foot of the bespoke handmade beds so you can enjoy the natural surroundings with your morning coffee. Accessed from a quiet lobby, these individually designed spaces are contemporary, elegant and can be arranged as super-king or twin rooms to suit your preferences. All boast 400-count Egyptian cotton bed linen, hypoallergenic hollow fibre duvets and pillows and pocket-sprung comfort mattresses to guarantee a deep and restorative night’s sleep.
Flamingo, Pagoda and Wisteria each have their own ensuite shower rooms whilst Kingfisher has an ensuite bathroom, all of which are luxuriously appointed with Aromatherapy Associates goodies, fluffy bathrobes and towels for that spa-like experience.
A large private patio and garden area outside is amply furnished with seating and dining areas and is surrounded by nature. A BBQ is available to hire if you fancy taking your meals alfresco or why not chill out in the large hot tub and appreciate the expansive skies with a chilled glass of bubbly? You can also gaze out over the five acres that stretch out in front of you, meaning you can sit on the deck with a drink keeping an eye on the kids as they play in the fields, which have goalposts and lots of space for running around. You can see these fields from inside the cabin too, offering you some peace of mind if the children are out playing whilst you relax indoors.
If you want to truly escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and take some time to focus on yourself, then you will most certainly want to visit the wonderful on-site spa. The exclusive Bryn Tanat Wellness Spa combines natural minerals, wood, stone and glass to create a calming retreat where you and your loved one can enjoy a range of treatments. Treat yourself to a massage, facial or a revive and tone scrub, or opt for an aromatherapy treatment. There are a whole host of treatments available, so be sure to have a look and see what catches your eye. The wellness spa also features hydrotherapy, infrared sauna, red light therapy and a rain experience shower.
The more active among you will be pleased to know that there’s a gym on the estate for anyone after a morning workout and a tennis court should you and your loved one wish to enjoy a game!
Your cabin is situated on a stunning estate with plenty of opportunities for exploring the fields and woodlands or maybe you’d rather do something a bit more active like laser tag, swimming, tennis or laser clay pigeon shooting. With the River Tanat flowing nearby, you can even try your hand at some fly fishing, to see if you can catch the local trout or grayling native to the area.
Further afield, the estate is surrounded by breathtaking scenery and is conveniently located to explore all Seven Wonders of Wales. Whatever your interest, you’ll find something to delight you.
