Overlooking the beautiful Dee Valley and next to a gentle brook, Valley View Lodge provides luxury accommodation for 2 in a stunning setting. This beautiful cabin with a hot tub near Llangollen offers rest and relaxation for the perfect escape from a busy life, or alternatively, a fantastic base to explore all of North Wales.
Enjoy the sunrise from the hot tub or dine alfresco on the balcony while soaking up the spectacular views and watch the Steam Train from Llangollen Railway meander through the valley. The design of the lodge is unique and has been furnished with the utmost comfort in mind, with modern appliances and tasteful décor. Everything you need to ensure that your escape to North Wales will be as stress-free and relaxing as possible.
The spacious L-shaped kitchen, dining room and lounge is open plan and flooded with natural light thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows which open out onto the balcony and overlook the valley. The fully-equipped kitchen is kitted out with a gas hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave while the dining table is perfectly positioned to take in the views. In the evenings, curl up on the sofa with a film on the 49 inch TV as the sun is setting over the valley. The bedroom also has floor to ceiling windows that open out onto the balcony, a king size bed and another large TV. The spacious bathroom features a freestanding bath and a walk-in shower with soft fluffy towels and robes for the hot tub.
Outside, the balcony provides the perfect vantage point from which to soak up the view. A hot tub and a dining area promise many memorable evenings under the stars. The Lodge also has parking for two cars.

North Wales offers a wide range of outdoor activities. In nearby towns of Llangollen and Bala there is biking, hiking, canoeing, kayaking, gorge walking, white water rafting, archery, to name a few! North Wales Zip World sites are a great day trip, just an hour away, and the gateway to Snowdonia is just half an hour from the lodge. There’s also plenty of history to explore from the ruins of Castell Dinas Bran Castle in Llangollen, horse drawn canal boat ride in Llangollen, Plas Newydd in Llangollen, the Llangollen Steam Railway or the UNESCO World Heritage Site including Pontcysyllte Aqueduct – “The Stream in the Sky”! There are National Trust properties nearby and beautiful market towns explore. There are also some fantastic eateries in Llangollen and fine dining at Pale Hall, with some top-notch pubs serving great food in the area too… All before heading back to Valley View Lodge to relax in the hot tub!
