The Dunes is a contemporary beach house, located just a one-minute stroll from the picturesque golden sands of Camber Sands. Its open-plan design makes it an ideal choice for families and friends who wish to come together for cooking, dining, and relaxation.

This stylish vacation home features spacious, well-lit areas that are perfect for gatherings. Enormous bi-fold doors effortlessly merge the indoors with the outdoors, allowing you to enjoy the fresh air or cozy up by the fireplace during cooler months. The garden is a tranquil oasis with an array of beautiful flowers, offering a serene space to unwind, read, or enjoy a glass of wine after a day at Camber Sands' stunning sandy beach, which is just a minute's walk away.

The ground floor comprises a hallway with stairs leading to the first floor, a double bedroom with a double bed, and a family shower room with a spacious and stylish walk-in shower, hand basin, and WC. Additionally, there's a large open-plan room with a dining area for up to 8 people, a comfortable seating area with doors opening out to the rear garden, a wood-burning stove, and a smart TV. The kitchen area is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a fridge/freezer.

Upstairs, the first floor hosts two more bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with twin beds.

Outside, bi-folding doors from both the kitchen and sitting area lead to a decked area, seamlessly bringing the outdoors inside. The Dungeness shingle gardens feature a dining area with tables and chairs for 6, a hot water outdoor shower, and a coal BBQ (coals not provided).
