Under the wide, endless skies of beautiful Norfolk, close to wild, sandy beaches and meandering Broads, this stunning renovated barn is perfectly situated for lovers of the great outdoors. This bright and airy property is full of wonderful original features, including a stunning brick fireplace, is stylishly decorated and furnished to make sure guests have a relaxing, comfortable experience and leave with lots of magical memories.
Head into the breathtaking living space, where the luxurious grey velvet sofa sits on wooden floorboards under the vaulted ceiling, criss-crossed with exposed beams. Settle in with a mug of tea and recuperate from the journey by the impressive fireplace which has an eco-friendly fuel burner to warm feet-by after afternoons hiking the Broads. Light pours into this marvellous room through double doors which lead outside to the patio area.
A large mezzanine overlooks the living space and makes the perfect place to head after dinner. Guests can enjoy drinks over games of pool in this wonderful games room.
The barn has a large modern kitchen with plenty of space for food prep, as well as socialising with other guests. It is equipped with all the luxuries which make cooking and dining a breeze - including a wine fridge and large American-style fridge freezer. There is a wooden dining table where groups can congregate for mealtimes - light the candles, open the wine and load the table with dishes of great food for unforgettable evenings.
On sunny days, make the most of the warm weather and take dinner outdoors. A comfy, outdoor furniture suite is perfectly positioned for lengthy dinners over a bottle of wine underneath the starry night sky. There is good-sized lawned area which is great for outdoor games and there is even a goal post and a net for the football players in the group.
After a day exploring, relaxing, eating and playing, head to one of the stylish bedrooms for a good night's sleep. The calm, neutral decor and window blinds, plus the tranquil location and great quality mattresses and linen, guarantee a peaceful night for all. The master bedroom has an ensuite, while the family bathroom is not to be missed with its large free-standing bath tub and huge wall-mounted television.
The barn is in a great location - just 20 minutes from historic Norwich, on the edge of The Broads National Park and near the stunning sandy beaches. Check out the resident seal colony at nearby Horsey beach.
