Paragon House is a beautiful, spacious Georgian townhouse in the centre of the amazing, historic city of Bath. Ideal for large groups, this unique property sleeps up to 12 guests across six lovely bedrooms, and makes the perfect spot for your next big group getaway.
The stylish and spacious living room is bright and airy thanks to some delightful, floor-to-ceiling sash windows. There’s also a U-shaped sofa that is ideal for socialising with your loved ones long into the night. The period features here, and throughout the home, offer a touch of grandeur and combine perfectly with the soft tones that ensure you can relax and unwind in style. The living room also features French doors that open up onto a balcony, complete with a wrap-around glass balustrade. Step out onto here and take in delightful views across Bath as you enjoy your morning coffee.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you and your group will need to prepare some amazing meals. There is also lots of surface space to make meal prep a breeze and a kitchen island where you can sit and keep your designated chef company. The kitchen overlooks the dining room, which it shares the space with. Here sits a large, ornate dining table where you and your group can enjoy long feasts that stretch into the night. Or, why not step out onto the roof terrace and dine alfresco in the summer sunshine?
The former house kitchen has now been nicely converted into a peaceful snug where you can curl up on the leather sofa with a good book and enjoy the original period features of this splendid room. These include bread ovens, Belfast sinks and open fireplaces.
Downstairs is a handy utility room and an amazing, vast, 550 square foot function room with a polished concrete floor. You can rent this space at an additional cost if you wish.
Each of the six bedrooms is nicely furnished with a mixture of super king size four poster beds, king size doubles and some with twin singles. All of the bedrooms feature tea and coffee making facilities as well as luxurious curtains and blackout roller blinds to ensure you have a wonderful night’s sleep. There are also three sleek and stylish bathrooms offering large showers and luxurious free-standing bath tubs.
This marvellous townhouse is just a five minute walk from the city’s amazing High Street. The surrounding area is home to some lovely boutique shops, fantastic restaurants, cute cafes and some cracking pubs. There’s also some great options for those looking for a good night out.
Bath is also a great spot for cultural trips as the city hosts regular festivals, including art, literature, music and theatre. You can also visit The Roman Baths, Victoria Art Gallery, Bath Abbey and the Thermae Spa, which are all within a comfortable 10 minute stroll.
