The four bedrooms are all set on the ground floor, making the home wonderfully practical for families or groups. There are two generous super-king bedrooms, one with an ensuite, plus two bright and airy twin rooms, one of which also has its own ensuite. A chic family bathroom completes the level. Each room has been finished with a contemporary palette and plush furnishings, ensuring that everyone has their own calm and comfortable corner to retreat to.

Head upstairs to the showpiece – an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area bathed in natural light. This sociable hub has sleek Breville and Bosch appliances, an induction hob, filtered water taps and all you need for cooking and dining with ease. Gather at the dining table for laughter-filled meals, then move to the spacious lounge to cosy up with loved ones. From here, step out onto the balcony to soak up panoramic sea views that stretch across the Anglesey coastline – best enjoyed with morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.

The garden outside is a real highlight, with ample space for children and dogs to play, and a chiminea for alfresco dining on sunny evenings. And instead of a hot tub, the owners have opted for something a little different – a bespoke sauna, offering a wonderfully restorative way to unwind after days spent exploring the coast. With parking for three cars, space for up to eight guests, and thoughtful extras like a travel cot and highchair, this is a home that has been designed to welcome everyone.
