Marrying the classic grandeur of the original home with the modern aesthetic of the new rear wing, this remarkable stay offers you all the home comforts you need for the perfect break by the sea.
The home’s position on a cliff, above Lee Bay, really is superb, and ensures that whether you’re relaxing inside or spending time in the fresh sea air, you can make the most of the incredible views.
The wonderful outdoor space includes a fab patio garden, with some alfresco dining furniture offering the perfect place to enjoy a social meal with your group as the sun sets. The front terrace is another amazing spot to unwind, with sun loungers and some outdoor seating that offers the ideal location for an evening drink or afternoon spent sun bathing.
You can also explore the five acres of grounds that provide a sense of peace and privacy, with an array of exotic plants and winding trails all overlooking the sea. And, to top it off, there’s also a lovely balcony where you can perch with your morning coffee and listen to the sounds of the waves.
Inside, the open-plan living space makes socialising a joy, and the huge windows and bi-folding doors flood the space with natural light and offer yet more beautiful sea views. Here, you’ll find a wonderfully equipped modern kitchen with a spacious kitchen island. Whip up a feast using the contemporary amenities then dine together on the big dining table that sits next to the giant windows. This is the ideal spot for a hearty meal with loved ones, whilst still offering you the chance to take in the view as you dine.
There’s a quaint lounge area in the open-plan space with a wall-mounted TV, however, if you fancy some peace, you can head to the cosy lounge. This is a nice spot to relax with loved ones whilst the wood-burning fireplace keeps you toasty and warm. The property also includes a well-equipped home gym with premium machines, free weights, a rower, treadmill and yoga mats - perfect for maintaining your fitness routine while away.
When night falls, the home has five lovely bedrooms on offer. Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished to create a restful and relaxing atmosphere, enhanced by the spectacular sea views.
