When you arrive, you’ll love the bright yellow exterior of this home and when you step inside the quirky interiors and vibrant colour palettes are sure to please. Unwind on the sofa in the cosy lounge, where a wood-burning fireplace keeps things toasty and warm whatever the weather outside. Beautiful artwork adorns the walls here, whilst a huge bay window floods the space with natural light and offers fab views out to sea. There’s also a wall-mounted TV for movie nights or box set marathons.
On sunny days, you can head outside to your private garden where some alfresco seating offers a lovely spot for a summer lunch or evening tipple whilst gazing out to sea. There’s also the luxurious hot tub here for indulgent soaks beneath the stars and a BBQ should you wish to spend time grilling up some delicious local produce.
When tummies rumble, head inside and whip up a feast in the modern kitchen, with its bold colour choices and vibrant watermelon floor. Contemporary amenities make meal prep a breeze, and you can dine together outside in the garden or at the dining table in the kitchen.
When night falls there are three bedrooms on offer. On the first floor are two king size rooms, one of which features a pair of armchairs that face out of a big bay window, offering a delightful spot to sit and take in the view in peace. Then, up on the second floor, in the attic space, is a third bedroom with sea views, two twin beds, two large floor cushions, a PlayStation, a TV and a DVD player.
The property also benefits from two modern shower rooms, each fitted with a shower, toilet, hand basin and heated towel rail for comfort and convenience. One is located on the ground floor and the other is on the first floor alongside a handy utility room with a washing machine and small fridge/freezer.

From two golden sandy beaches to its sheltered harbour, this seaside haven truly is a coastal gem. Head out on a boat trip in search of the famous bottlenose dolphins, often spotted swimming and diving in the bay, or take in the breathtaking scenery along the Ceredigion Coastal Path.
Be sure to visit the Cardigan Bay Marine Wildlife Centre, an engaging and educational experience dedicated to raising awareness of the rich marine life found in and around New Quay. Wander through the town’s independent shops, pause for a coffee in a cosy café or enjoy a meal in one of the welcoming pubs. No trip is complete without a walk to the harbour, fish and chips or ice cream in hand, as you watch the boats drift by.
