This beautiful, modern home in the Pembrokeshire countryside offers groups of up to eight guests a calming and social place to stay. With huge windows that flood the living space with natural light, you can unwind with your loved ones in peace whilst enjoying views over rolling hills down to the sea.
When you arrive you can gather in the spacious open plan living area. Here, this beautifully styled space has a sleek, minimalist feel, with angular walls and gigantic skylight windows. Whether you’re socialising on the comfy sofas whilst taking in the view, or whipping up a feast in the modern kitchen, you can remain connected to your group. A feature log burner brings warmth and atmosphere to this space, while the cosy lounge invites you to unwind with soft seating and a large window seat overlooking the fields. On rainy days, settle in with Freeview TV and streaming access to Netflix, Prime Video and Disney+.
At the heart of the living space, a striking triangular balcony offers a sheltered spot to soak up the views. With deep eaves for protection and a glass balustrade framing the sweeping vista across the bay to Gwbert and Cardigan Island, it’s an ideal perch for morning coffee, a good book or sunset drinks.
When it comes to preparing meals, the kitchen has bespoke wooden cabinetry and clean, contemporary lines. You’ll find everything you need to cook up a storm, from a state-of-the-art induction hob to a built-in wine fridge - perfect for keeping your favourite bottles chilled. Handcrafted lighting adds warmth and character, casting a soft glow over this inviting space. The kitchen flows effortlessly into a spacious dining area, where a large oak table comfortably seats eight to 10 guests - ideal for long, lazy dinners or celebratory feasts with family and friends.
Step into a garden made for laid-back living, with a spacious patio featuring comfy seating, a fire pit, BBQ and gently swaying hanging chairs. This marvellous and calming space is perfect for sunset drinks or starlit chats around the fire.
After beach days, wash away the salt and sand with two heated outdoor showers - a handheld by the door for sandy toes and paws and a full garden shower ideal post-surf. With a wetsuit drying rail and two bodyboards ready to go, it’s all set up for embracing the easy, coastal lifestyle.
When night falls, each of the three main bedrooms offers its own charm, all with direct garden access - perfect for morning coffee in the sun. The main bedroom is a calm retreat with a king size bed, ensuite shower and mid-century style. The Green Bedroom has a cosy, vintage vibe with painted panelling, handmade artwork and a soft Welsh blanket throw. The Blue Bedroom is bright and full of character, featuring antique market finds and a distinctive Welsh blanket headboard. For younger guests - or those who prefer their own space - the Snug offers twin beds, marine-themed touches and blackout curtains for a restful night.
With Poppit Sands just steps away, you’ve got golden sands, gentle waves and stunning estuary views right on your doorstep - perfect for paddling, dog walks or simply relaxing with a book. Grab a coffee or ice cream from nearby Crwst beach café, and enjoy lifeguarded swimming in summer. Further afield, explore the Ceredigion coast. Paddle at Tresaith’s waterfall beach, find quiet coves in Gwbert or take a scenic stroll along Newport Sands, with its wide shore and charming nearby town.

What a beautiful house in an amazing location. We were a group of 7, age range from 16-52 and all of us had a wonderful holiday. The house was absolutely perfect for what we were looking for, plenty of space for everyone to be together or chill separately. A stone’s throw from the beach with a convenient cafe in between for coffees, cakes and ice creams. The beach is very safe for kids and lots of space for everybody so it never felt crowded. There are days out within easy reach, or plenty to do if you choose to stay put. The house is so beautifully decorated and lots of lovely little touches that just make life a bit easier and feel a bit more luxurious. The outdoor heated showers on returning from the beach were a hit with everyone, including the dog and the balcony with the most amazing view was my personal favourite. This is truly a place to properly switch off and relax, and just enjoy the wonderful surroundings.
