This fabulous family-friendly home is ideal for your next break by the sea and couldn’t be better placed – right in the heart of Sandbanks with direct access to the award-winning Blue Flag beach. Year-round, the beach is pet-friendly, so four-legged friends are just as welcome as the rest of the family and you can step through your garden gate and feel the sand between your toes in seconds.

Once one of the original 1920s Sandbanks beach houses, this property has been lovingly restored and thoughtfully refurbished. It’s had a fresh update, with modern touches adding comfort and style, while still holding on to its original seaside character. The result is a home that feels both timeless and contemporary offering groups of up to 10 guests a superb place to relax and unwind in style.

When you arrive, you’ll love the roof terrace, which is a true showstopper. This outdoor space offers sweeping sea views that stretch as far as the Isle of Wight to one side and the Isle of Purbeck to the other. It’s a space made for easy mornings with coffee, leisurely lunches with family or cocktails at sunset. There’s also a superb patio on the ground floor with a large table for alfresco meals, sun loungers where you can dig into a good book and direct beach access.

Stepping inside, the open-plan living space is designed with socialising in mind. The kitchen, dining and lounge areas flow together seamlessly and all of them are framed by those incredible sea views. Throw open the patio doors and let the fresh coastal air spill inside, or head out to the garden for alfresco suppers with the waves as your soundtrack. The lounge is a cosy and charming space to unwind after a long day and the kitchen is nicely equipped for whipping up delicious feasts.

When night falls, there are five bedrooms to choose from, with space for everyone. The master boasts a Juliette balcony and breathtaking panoramic views, while a cosy bunk room makes the perfect hideaway for children.
