Set over four floors, this spacious, modern house is a bright home that's filled with natural light. Beautifully and thoughtfully decorated and furnished, the colour scheme is full of neutral shades and the furnishings have been chosen to enhance the beach aesthetic. Tasteful seaside touches can be found throughout from vintage rattan furniture, starfish handles on chests of drawers, and wooden surfboards adorning walls. There's even a Kraken wine bottle holder.

The house's style is easily matched in comfort. A large sitting room is filled with armchairs and a huge comfy corner sofa, with well-placed houseplants and cacti throughout. This is a great room for hanging out, watching movies and catching up on the day's events. Or perhaps enjoy a pre-dinner drink before heading through to the dining area of the lovely modern kitchen. A large dining table with bench seating takes centre stage and is certain to be the scene of many an unforgettable meal. Whether guests are enjoying lengthy brunches, Sunday roasts or celebratory meals, the kitchen has all the equipment and conveniences cooks need to whip up impressive platters of delicious food. There's also a small garden with some outdoor furniture and a BBQ, meaning you can enjoy some al fresco cooking when the weather's warm.

The house sleeps 20 over seven en-suite bedrooms and, with a second kitchen and living room, all guests can be comfortably accommodated. There are a range of beds from king-sized stripped-pine four posters to triple bunk beds which are sure to be a hit with the children. Wherever guests chose to settle down for the night a good night's sleep can be found between the crisp linens, snug duvets and cosy woollen throws. The bathrooms are all stylishly fitted and guests will love starting the day in the rainfall showers luxuriating in the complimentary toiletries and wrapping up in large fluffy towels.

The Beach House is just metres from the sandy Bournemouth beach, a great destination with something for everyone. Sea dippers, sandcastlers and surfers will love long sunny days on the beach, and there's also plenty of fun to be had on the pier which is home to the all-weather Reef Indoor Activity Attraction. Guests will also want to discover the town's many great bars and restaurants. Head to Dosa World for South Indian dishes, Chez Fred is a favourite for fish and chips, while the Goat and Tricycle is a lovely traditional pub that does good food too.
