The newly refurbished Shell House is a five-bed luxury holiday home just a stone's throw from a sandy beach. With the buzzing atmosphere of Bournemouth's town on your doorstep and the ocean at the end of the road, this is an unrivalled location for an unforgettable holiday. Swim, surf and sunbathe at the beach, or sample the nightlife at the nearby restaurants and bars. Whether you're after some R&R or an adventurous getaway, this seaside town has something for all tastes.
Gather the whole family or book that special occasion at this spacious five-bed property, which can accommodate 12-14 guests. A cosy home-away-from-home, this modern beach house-style accommodation is decorated to a high standard and is a relaxing setting to make new memories. Socialise and entertain in the bright and airy living room and cook a communal meal in the spacious open-plan kitchen before gazing out at the patio and garden from the dining room table. In the warmer months, get the burgers and sausages on the BBQ after a day sunning at the beach.
A good night's kip awaits in one of the gorgeous bedrooms. On the first floor, one bedroom has a king bed, and two single bunk beds, while the other has a king bed, and both bedrooms have their own stylish ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, the third bedroom also has a king bed and ensuite, while the fourth and fifth bedrooms have a king bed and share the family bathroom.
Although this accommodation is self-catered, a continental breakfast and a daily clean are available for an additional cost - perfect for those lazy days. WiFi is included so you can catch up on work emails between paddleboarding lessons.
Fancy exploring? You're perfectly placed here for outdoor and indoor adventures. West Cliff Beach is on your doorstep, just 300m away. East Cliff Beach is also only 15 minutes' walk away. Or you take the 10-minute drive to Boscombe Beach or 15-minute drive to Southbourne Beach.
Spend your stay paddleboarding at the beach or coasteering along the Jurassic Coast. When the weather disappoints, you can check out the 28 indoor climbing walls, vertical drop slide and other adventure sports inside RockReef on Bournemouth Pier.

2 night minimum stay with 3 night during bank holidays and summer holidays. Price from £550 for the whole house during the week and £900per night at weekends. Hot tub hire is available from £300 per stay.
