You’ll find so much to do in Whitstable from shopping at the independent shops, to drinking at the traditional pubs or dining at the great restaurants. There are also plenty of old smuggler alleys to explore, remember to hold your breath as go down Squeeze Gut Alley! Kids will enjoy hanging out and going for picnics on the beach, as well as swimming either in the fresh waters of the English Channel or the swimming pool on rainier days. Adults should make a trip to The Neptune pub, the only pub in the UK built on shingle, perfect for supping a pint of Whitstable ale as you watch the sun go down.
