You’ll be able to step out from your doorstep into the thriving town centre or head to the water's edge, a mere 20 meters from the house. The property is just as impressive as the location, a beautifully styled loft conversion that blends rustic chic with modern design. The home is an impressive 17th century building, carefully renovated to highlight original features like the high vaulted ceiling and exposed wooden beams. Victoria Quay is also just a short stroll away, where kids can go crabbing and jump into the sea at high tide. Other activities include scenic coastal walks, bike rides through the rolling countryside and hopping on the ferry to the wonderful beaches at East Portlemouth.
