Hunker down for cosy winter stays or enjoy the summer months in the pretty garden, this all-year-round cottage is the ideal spot to relax and enjoy time with friends and family.
Head directly from the spacious entrance hall, where there is lots of room to stash wellies, rain macs and buckets and spades, into the warm kitchen. This traditional, yet contemporary kitchen has all of the conveniences required for producing wonderful meals which can be enjoyed at the large wooden dining table.
Pile up the plates and dishes, fill the glasses and settle in for lazy brunches and lengthy dinners. Gaze out onto the garden through the large windows or throw open the patio doors and let the outside in. On warm days, relax under the verandah, take mealtimes alfresco and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
Wander through the pathways which wind between planted areas bursting with flowers, to the lawned area - a wonderful spot to relax from the comfort of the wooden bench or sun loungers. Watch dragonflies on the pond and listen to the sound of the bees collecting pollen. This paradise garden is something very special.
Should the weather turn chilly, gather in the luxurious living room, sink into the gorgeous sofas and watch the flames flicker in the wood-burning fire. A stunning stone fireplace and exposed stone wall adds plenty of character and the rest of the room has been tastefully decorated to compliment these features.
And, when eyelids are heavy, head to one of four bedrooms, all of which have wonderful views of the lovely garden and Devon countryside beyond. Pull the thick curtains shut, snuggle down under the crisp linens and cosy duvets and settle in for a deep, restorative sleep.
Situated in South Devon, guests will love the proximity of the cottage to the incredible beaches as well as wild Dartmoor. Whether it's sea dipping, hiking, biking or cruising along the country lane visiting cute villages and country pubs, there is something for all. For those looking to stay local, the Sea Trout Pub is a few steps away and Ben's Farm Shop is a two minute drive.
