The detail

Villa Lucica Bay is one of just three exclusive properties on this achingly beautiful cove with crystal clear water, pine covered hillsides and endless blue skies. And to top it all off there’s a fabulous pool and your own private access to the beach. With two separate buildings sleeping up to 10 people it’s the perfect set-up for groups of friends or families. Situated on the stunning island of Brac, there’s plenty to explore. Dine out at the beautiful harbour in Milna, go scuba diving in the famously clear waters of the Adriatic Sea, or spend a day sampling the goods on offer at one of the many vineyards and olive groves.

Inside the main part of the villa you’ll find a spacious open plan living room, dining area and kitchen with air conditioning and Wifi throughout. The carefully styled interior has a deep plum velvet sofa as its centrepiece - the perfect place to nestle in to watch a film on the large flat screen television. Light floods the room through the two sets of double doors that lead out onto the terrace.

In the traditionally-styled white kitchen you will find all mod cons including the ever-essential coffee machine. Settle down for breakfast at the large dining table and take a moment to savour the sensational view.

An impressive open staircase leads you to two double en-suite bedrooms. With white interiors, crisp linens and traditional beams the rooms ooze real charm. Simply dressed windows finish off the bedrooms beautifully.

In the second part of the villa you will find two further en-suite bedrooms. Furnished to the same standard and also with air conditioning, it offers beds for up to six people over the two rooms (with one double and one room that can sleep up to four people). Both bedrooms open out onto the glorious terrace with its pool and impressive outdoor wood oven complete with sink and food preparation bench. Under the covered dining area there’s a bespoke dinner table that will easily seat up to ten people. It’s the perfect place to enjoy some alfresco dining - and perhaps a bottle of wine, or two.

Cool off at the pool with its inbuilt jacuzzi, or take a few steps and head to your own private beach - the ideal place to gaze at the turquoise waters whilst soaking up the sublime weather.

The island of Brac is famous for the wonder that is Zlatni Rat - a beach that is often heralded as one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. A dazzling white pebble beach that reaches out (by around half a kilometre) into the Adriatic Ocean. It’s simply stunning. Closer to the villa is the enchanting village of Milna with its houses made of white Brac stone and its impressive marina. Choose one the many harbourside restaurants and enjoy the coming and goings of this waterfront haven.
