Meals can also be taken out on the little picnic-style bench, because believe us when we say, you’re going to want as much time as possible here enjoying the magic of simply being present in the space.
Watch mist dissipate, clouds roll across the sky to cast shadows on the loch, and when the infamous Scottish weather drives you inside, well, you’ll still have floor-to-ceiling windows through which to keep that connection with the rugged beauty outside.
With marble, wood, texture, and a lot of detail, this home not only feels modern, but it somehow retains the charm of a log cabin, albeit more luxurious, and the warmth that comes with it, making this feel like a home away from home. Take advantage of sunny days by exploring the area and find the Ardessie Falls only a short walk away. Stop off at the pancake tearoom or drive about fifteen minutes away to dine at the Ocean View Hotel. One of Scotaland’s famous hidden beaches, Gunaird Bay, is also at the end of a fifteen-minute drive.
