The quirky upside-down home of Nolands Ho! is nestled in the heart of the North Devon Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and features stunning views of Westward Ho! beach, Northam Burrows Country Park and Royal North Devon golf links. Its stylish interiors, gorgeous furnishings and luxurious hot tub provide the perfect location to enjoy an unforgettable break with friends or family.
Upstairs, the spectacular vaulted open-plan living space takes up the whole first floor. Comfy seating provides an ideal place to watch the 65-inch Smart TV or to enjoy a book from the well-stocked bookcase. Bi-fold doors extend the space onto the large balcony where you can experience amazing sea views and spectacular sunsets. Large windows and skylights flood the space with natural light, whilst a roaring wood burner keeps the room cosy.
To the rear of the upstairs, the expansive kitchen diner provides a sociable space for your party to get together over a delicious meal. The kitchen has everything you'll need to prepare your favourite family meals, with an induction hob, fan oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher, all integrated into the sleek modern cabinets.
The spacious games room features table football, a further 65-inch TV and a variety of board games to keep everybody entertained. Bi-fold doors open up onto the outdoor seating area with stunning views beyond. The sofa can also be converted into a deceptively comfortable double bed.
When bed time beckons, you’ll find three king size bedrooms plus a delightful bunk room. They offer luxurious accommodation with plenty of storage, stylish furnishings, plush cushions and sumptuous bedding to give the most restful of sleeps whichever room you choose. One features bi-fold doors onto a covered patio offering amazing views while another offers a feature window and vaulted ceiling. Two of the bedrooms boast stylish ensuite shower rooms complete with waterfall showers and luxury toiletries.
A modern family bathroom completes the ground floor, featuring an inviting bathtub with an overhead shower. Also in here, neatly hidden away in a cupboard under the stairs, you will find a handy washing machine and tumble dryer.
To the rear, the gorgeous garden backs directly onto the Burrows and a golf course and is the perfect place to chill out with a glass of something chilled, gazing at the view from the indulgent hot tub. There is a Webber kettle BBQ for you to cook up some of the local produce and then tuck in around the stylish teak dining table. A warming chimenea will keep you cosy on cooler evenings.
Explore the spectacular coastal paths or take in the renowned surf, links golf and delightful seaside villages, complete with prestigious Blue Flag beach and UNESCO Biosphere. North Devon is truly the perfect place for a family adventure.

Changeovers are on a Friday or a Monday, except during peak weeks, where changeovers are on a Friday only.
Short breaks of Friday to Monday or Monday to Friday are available outside of peak weeks. During peak weeks only Friday to Friday breaks are available.
In 2023, peak weeks are 26 May to 01 Sep, 13 Oct to 03 Nov and 15 Dec to 31 Dec. In 2024, peak weeks are 01 Jan to 05 Jan, 09 Feb to 23 Feb, 29 Mar to 12 Apr, 24 May to 30 Aug, 18 Oct to 01 Nov and 20 Dec to 03 Jan ('25).
30% off from 09 Sep to 07 Oct and 11 Nov to 16 Dec 2023 for parties up to 4 + cot. (Bedrooms 1 and 4 are excluded at this rate.)
25% off from 09 Sep to 07 Oct and 11 Nov to 16 Dec 2023 for parties up to 6 + cot. (Bedroom 4 is excluded at this rate.)
Bed linen and towels are included in the price. There are no extra charges for cot or high chair.
There is a charge of £38.00 per pet per week or short break.
