The Details
Juliot is a beautifully refurbished ground floor cottage in a quiet courtyard location, with the famous beaches, galleries and restaurants of St Ives on the doorstep. The cottage is part of a small collection of award-winning cottages which share the outdoor space and can be booked individually, or together for large groups.
Step inside and you'll find the open plan kitchen living area. The kitchen is fitted out with smart wooden units painted grey blue, and has everything required to whip up everything from morning coffee to a romantic dinner for two - and the breakfast bar makes an ideal spot to enjoy a meal together. After dinner head to the living area where you can sink into the sofa and put a film on the smart TV.
The bedroom and bathroom are both spacious and luxurious. The kingsize bedroom comes with White Company bedlinen and a flatscreen TV so you can enjoy lazy lie-ins with a morning cup of tea.
The bathroom adds a real touch of opulence, with a bathtub big enough for two, underfloor heating and a waterproof TV on the wall. If you've never watched TV in the bath before, you have to try it.
Outside you have use of the shared courtyard, with seating and a patio heater to keep you warm on chilly evenings. There is an outdoor shower to wash the sand off your feet and a selection of body boards you can use if you fancy catching some waves.
The cottage is within a few minutes walk of both beaches in St Ives, as well as all the fabulous restaurants, museums and galleries the town has on offer. Further afield are Cornwall's fantastic coastal walks, the Eden Project, St Michael's Mount and many more attractions within easy reach. This property comes with a very useful extra: a reserved secure parking space. This is located approximately one mile from the cottage.
