The range of four secluded, unique and characterful Mongolian-style yurts each sleep four guests. Comfort and style meet simplicity and nature for an unforgettable break in the heart of Cornwall.
Each secluded yurt has plenty of space around it so you can stay up into the evening chatting and unwinding without interrupting your neighbours. Cook and enjoy an alfresco dinner on the wooden decking, and as the sun goes down, solar-powered fairy lights provide a relaxing ambience. Light the fire pit and spend the evening roasting marshmallows and listening to the soothing crackling of the fire in the hammock. Alternatively, let the stresses and strains of modern life soak away in the wood-fired hot tub.
Settle down to a relaxing night’s sleep in the double bed or twin singles. Luxury bed linen with feather duvets and pillows keep you warm as you drift off, but on those chilly spring or late summer evenings, pop a log into the wood-burning stove to make it even more cosy. An extra futon is available for an additional guest.
Wake up under canvas to the sounds of the birds and the breeze in the trees. Boil your kettle over the fire, on the stove, or in the shared kitchen facilities for your morning brew and cooked breakfast. The cowshed kitchens contain gas stoves, a fridge, BBQs, a pizza oven, utensils, cookware and dishes for all your culinary needs. The hot showers and wash basins of the nearby grade II listed granary building are the perfect places to freshen up for the day ahead. One yurt is available with its own hot tub as well as private bathroom and kitchen facilities.
Burn off some energy and enjoy time with friends and family at the large, rustic barn. Whether it’s indoor badminton, table tennis, volleyball or toys for the kids, there’s plenty to do. Tremeer Farm is the perfect base to explore the glorious countryside and coastline of southern Cornwall. Whether it’s getting out in nature by walking, cycling, swimming, sailing, kayaking or fishing, or exploring the beautiful little towns and villages, there’s plenty to do.
The south Cornwall coast is full of beaches, coves and inlets. Follow in the footsteps of countless writers, poets and artists in the nearby town of Fowey. Indulge your taste buds at one of its award-winning restaurants or watch the world go by in a traditional Cornish pub. Further afield, The Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan and the Minack Theatre are famous around the world.
