Tucked between the woodland topped cliffs just steps from the sea, the magnificent Waterwynch is a sprawling home that comfortably sleeps up to 30s guests of all ages, making it the perfect spot for large families and group retreats. Located on the beach on the stunning Pembrokeshire coast in Wales, guests have their very own foreshore and direct access to a peaceful, sandy beach, benefitting from both sea and country views, while inside, the facilities include a home cinema, therapy room, and even a live music venue. The property has been beautifully renovated to make use of its original features, while blending some modern luxury and comfort for the more discerning guest.
Each of the 12 luxury bedrooms at Waterwynch has its own ensuite bathroom for added privacy, and they all have either a sea or garden view meaning you can wake up and be instantly reminded of the spectacular location in which you find yourself. There are countless communal areas that lend well to socialising, gathering and entertaining, while those who wish for a bit of peace and quiet will also find a number of private nooks within the house.
The Sky Room is an elegant, glass-roofed space that offers up stunning sea views and has plenty of seating as well as a gas stove and a grand piano! This space also features a TV, making it a great spot for a movie night with your loved ones. Enjoy more socialising in the Billiard Room and Bar, which has a full sized billiard table, a fantastic, fully equipped bar, a dart board, and even a karaoke machine for late night lock-ins. Furthermore, you can enjoy pre-dinner drinks or a champagne reception in The Great Hall before heading to the Dining Room to eat whilst enjoying breathtaking views of Waterwynch Bay. Seating up to 38 people, the dining room furniture can be arranged to suit your group's specific needs. And thanks to the very well equipped kitchen and the additional chef's kitchen (complete with high-end culinary gadgets), the designated cook will find meal prep a breeze.
Of course, the surrounding greenery and beach are also an option for some space! Guests at Waterwynch are lucky enough to have their private foreshore area on the beach immediately outside the house - perfect for a spot of sunbathing or convenient playtime space for kids.
Situated between the two charming seaside towns of Tenby and Saundersfoot, visitors to Waterwynch are spoiled for choice when it comes to beaches, food and nightlife. Walking or driving along the coast, guests will be delighted by the choice of excellent eateries, feeling truly immersed in the quaint harbour setting. Adrenalin lovers will not be disappointed, with coasteering, hiking and watersports on offer. And lovers of the great oudoors will want to spend hours wandering the fantastic Pembrokeshire Coastal Path, which offers yet more amazing sea views.
