Inside, this bright and airy villa is decorated in a traditional Mediterranean style with whitewashed walls and tiled floors, while eye-catching contemporary artwork and bright cushions add a burst of vibrant colour. The open plan living area is at the heart of the home. This sociable space has comfy seats for sitting and chatting, a dining table and chairs for eating indoors and a well equipped kitchen with spectacular views across the bay.

From the living area, double doors lead you out onto a fabulous, covered terrace offering panoramic sea views. Here you’ll find plenty of comfortable seating for everyone to enjoy and a table and chairs for alfresco dining. Outside there’s also a second veranda with a BBQ, loungers and deckchairs for relaxing in the sun. When you feel the need to cool down, the pristine, private swimming pool awaits. This hidden gem also has a jacuzzi section so you can relax in the bubbles while enjoying the fabulous vistas across the bay.

When night time falls, head back inside to enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep in one of the calming bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and there’s also a twin room. Next to the bedrooms you’ll find a shower room decorated with gorgeous, handmade mosaic times. From the living area, a ladder leads to a mezzanine level where you’ll find a low double bed in the third sleeping area.

Villa Ginestra is located in Cala Mazzo di Sciacca, a popular tourist destination. From the villa, a short stroll will take you to the 16th century village of Scopello, a charming village perched on top of a hill with stunning sea views. Nearby you can also discover Zingaro Nature Reserve, a national park with fantastic coastal walks, and the Temple of Segesta, an amazingly preserved ancient Greek temple.
