"Stayed at the Watermill to celebrate my wife’s 30th Birthday last weekend with a group of friends. Firstly, contact with Robin and Wendy was second to none and communication was prompt and easy. On arrival we were totally blown away by property and this continued as we explored the inside. The facilities were amazing and everything was such high quality. There was plenty of space for the whole group and lots of large communal spaces. We spent a lot of time in the cinema room and games room and the kitchen was a lovely social space too. Can’t recommend this place highly enough. Quiet, picturesque, unique and definitely somewhere we hope to return to soon!"

"We booked the Watermill for three nights to celebrate New Years there and we absolutely loved it! It is spacious, beautifully decorated and stylish! The whole property is equiped to make your stay comfortable and very enjoyable! We were 4 families and we all loved it! There was plenty of entertainment for the kids with the screen projector and the games downstairs! The adults could relax by the fireplace and enjoy the lovely sound with fun movies! The kitchen was big enough for all if us to enjoy meals together, and the grill works perfect if you want to have barbecue. You can find something for everybody, as it’s very close to Chester and the local pub! A place I would definitely like to come back to! Thanks Robin and Wendy we had such a lovely time!"

"This is a stunning property, beautifully and tastefully done! It has the ‘wow’ factor the momment you enter.
In reallity, it surpassed our expectations.
The watermill has an abundance of character where new and old merge. It is extremely spacious with a large sitting room, reading room and a cool cinema room where our kids disappeared and didn’t bother us throughout the whole stay.

The beds are very comfortable. The kitchens is well equipped. The house is just perfect and I wholeheartedly recommend it and would love to return. ."
