The Red Barn is a quaint and charming barn conversion in North Devon. The modern, bright property has a private deck that overlooks a large garden and pretty tree-line fields. And inside, it makes use of bright colours and whitewashed walls, as well as exposed beams and lovely wooden floors. This is a property that's ideal for a family break to the country, offering modern amenities, and plenty of rural charm.
The barn has an open-plan reception room that features a kitchen, diner and living area. The kitchen has all you need to cook up a storm including a dishwasher, microwave and washing machine/tumble dryer. The dining table comfortably seats four, whilst there is a highchair available if needed. The living area has a log burning stove, two comfy sofas, a flat-screen TV and a DVD player. For additional entertainment there is also an iPod dock, WiFi, and a wide selection of DVDs and games that are suitable for people of all ages.
The two pretty bedrooms are located downstairs. There is one twin room and one double, both of which make use of Egyptian cotton bedding and lots of storage space. The spacious family bathroom has a bath, shower, and a heated towel rail and you also have under floor heating throughout the property to keep you warm and cosy all year round.
Step outside and enjoy the fresh country air in style. You can dine al fresco on your private deck, or lounge on the grass in the summer sunshine. There is also a pretty wooded area where there are dens for children, and friendly hens to chase. Guests are even invited to collect their own fresh eggs in the morning.
