This magnificently converted static caravan sits at the top of an agricultural field with stunning views of nature and a very cosy interior for couples wanting a break from the noise and bustle. The property has its own front and back outdoor space with far reaching views which can be enjoyed from a private comfy seating area by the fire pit.
The inside of the cabin is surprisingly spacious, designed for open plan living with a fire to keep you toasty and warm all year round. Morning sunshine floods the bedroom where you'll sleep like a baby on the award winning mattress, and wake gently to the sounds of nature as you lie in the king sized bed wrapped in lovely French linen bedding.
The beautifully decorated kitchen area with its bright cheerful tiles and full mod cons has everything you'll need to prepare a sumptuous breakfast, and you can even enjoy some free range eggs from the chickens that roam the surrounding field. Help yourself to some mint from the herb garden for a cup of tea, or make a cafetiere of coffee and head out to the big comfy chairs to enjoy the morning in peace and quiet.
A great deal of thought and care has gone into every element of the décor and you'll find beautiful upcycled retro and vintage furniture, and soft furnishings by local artisans Weaver & Green which give the place a gentle coziness. The chairs and coffee table are ercol originals and even the mugs have been chosen for their lovely tactile quality from Pipi & Me, Dartington. This is a place to read by ambient lighting in front of the fire, knit or play chess and really kick back and unwind in a gorgeous rolling landscape. Go for a big muddy walk, forage the laden hedgerows which are always ripe for picking, and dry your clothes on the ladder adjacent to the fire. Head to one of the beaches only minutes away and let the sea air blow all the cobwebs away or enjoy a day's cycle into Totnes, which is a two hour ride away and well worth the effort. Guests will be pleased to know that there is electric bike hire just five minutes away, which is ideal for exploring Salcombe, South Milton, Slapton and the surrounding area.
When evening comes, prepare a feast in the kitchen, open a bottle of something delicious and head outside to watch the magnificent sunset. Light up the fire pit, lean back and count the stars, the view of which in the South Hams, are phenomenal. However you choose to spend your time, Little Northside is the perfect country nook to rejuvenate a weary soul.
