Stepping through the front door, you’ll find yourself in the cosy sitting room. This homely space is simple in style, with beautiful oak flooring and whitewashed walls. The centre piece of this welcoming room is the huge inglenook fireplace with its brand new log burner and hand crafted poker. You’ll also find comfortable seating, a smart TV, a Bluetooth sound system and an honesty bar so you can enjoy your favourite tipple without having to leave the house.

When bedtime beckons, follow the quarter-spiral staircase with original elm panelling, up to the three tastefully decorated bedrooms. The impressive master bedroom has a king size bed, pale beams and an original lathe and plaster ceiling. The second bedroom is also king size and boasts a beautiful oak headboard and the flexible third bedroom can be configured as a twin or a super-king. The contemporary, Japandi style bathroom has a walk-in shower and sleek, black fittings.
Outside you’ll find a delightful, private walled garden with a lush, green lawn and planted borders. There’s also a BBQ and an outdoor table and chairs for alfresco feasts or a morning coffee in the sun.
Number 3 offers the ideal set up in which to relax and unwind, and you’re perfectly placed to enjoy long country walks and leisurely pub lunches. Further afield, you can explore the stunning Jurassic Coast, which is a 40-minute drive away.
