  The Detail...

This most striking and luxurious of coastal properties boasts panoramic views of the famous Bay of St Ives in Cornwall. Architecturally designed to encompass the spirit of life on the edge of the ocean, Dolphinholme is a unique and truly iconic coastal property that offers deluxe accommodation throughout.

The house can accommodate you and up to 10 or your nearest and dearest in truly beautiful quarters, divided between the main house and a stunning Garden Annex with its own front door.

When you step inside you will immediately get a sense of the painstaking attention to detail that has gone into both the design and the decor. The large open plan kitchen, dining and living room area is befitting of a Hollywood Hills property and the hardwood panoramic sundeck offers simply breathtaking views reaching far out to sea.

Step outside and take in those same views from the beautifully designed contemporary garden featuring a fire pit, seating area, and a barbecue that makes it perfect for al fresco dining.

With every modern convenience on offer, you and your guests will be able to cook hearty Cornish fare in the Shaker style kitchen with solid wood surfaces and wooden flooring. For your convenience the kitchen comes compete with a hob/stove,oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. There is also a separate utility room that houses the washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing board.

Dine at the solid wood table whilst you gaze out across the bay. After a day exploring the stunning Cornish coastline and surrounding countryside, return to relax on the sumptuous sofas and enjoy time spent together watching the 60" HDTV complete with SKY HD package.

The sleeping accommodation is spread across the main house and the Garden Annex, making Dolphinholme the perfect choice if you want to holiday as a group, but still retain a little privacy.

The bedrooms are beautifully decorated and dressed and include extensive views, vaulted ceilings with beams, and skylights to watch the stars at night. The master bedroom is as beautiful as anything you would find in a country living magazine, and the further double and single first floor bedrooms are equally as well furnished. For those looking to stay downstairs, there is a ground floor double bedroom with more of those oh-so fabulous views.

The first floor also offers a large family bathroom with a corner bath, contemporary fittings and five star luxury as standard.

The Garden Annex, once again, is beautifully designed and offers a small but perfectly formed lounge, kitchen, bathroom and double bedroom. Everything here has been designed and furnished to the same high standards as the main house itself. It has a first floor bedroom with unbeatable views out across the water, and a kingsize bed. The ground floor is home to a cosy lounge with its own patio area, a modern well equipped kitchen and a beautiful bathroom.

Dolphinholme is situated a mere 15 minute walk from the gorgeous Cornish coastal town of St Ives, with its thriving arts scene and sandy beaches. If you fancy a stroll, you can take a walk straight out of the back gate and down to Carbis Bay where you can hop on the push and pull train that follows to coast right into the town centre. The coastal path also starts right near the back gate.

Enjoy all the very best that Cornwall has to offer in this splendid luxury holiday home, perfect for exploring the nearby beaches, shops, restaurants, outdoor actives and the Tate Gallery in St Ives, as well as further out into Cornwall.
