It's also filled with salvaged antiques which are joined by vintage artwork and scattered woollen throws. Theres a contemporary kitchenette for rustling up your traditional English breakfast, where youll find a delicious welcome hamper and a farmhouse dining table. Comfy mustard sofas surround the massive open fireplace and are overlooked by a sink-in double bed nestled in the old dairy quarters.

Light the crackling wood burner and cwtch up together, watching Apple TV and playing board games after a day's exploring. There are books and DVDs for those grey, rainy days, along with a classic piano. On summer nights you can dine alfresco in the moonlight before snuggling up in your sumptuous bed with its gorgeous feather duvet. A modern bathroom finishes off your sanctuary and is complete with matching robes, fluffy towels and deluxe toiletries.

Start your day with a short walk in the meadows, planning out your days ahead and admiring the untouched natural splendours.
