A romantic cabin with a wonderfully secluded location and super-sleek interiors in beautiful Conwy, North Wales.
Please note that the minimum stay for this property is 2 nights
The Pond and Stars Cabin is perfectly placed overlooking a pond (no surprises there) and rolling Welsh countryside. The interior of the cabin is perfecly understated and effortlessly chic. And the private location makes it the perfect romantic retreat - enjoy lazy mornings marveling at the view from your cosy bed or late-night star gazing on the terrace.
On arrival you may need to don your wellies before heading down a path through a field to reach your own private sanctuary. The cabin and its immediate surroundings are both breathtaking. There’s no need to take a moment to savour the view as it will be with you throughout your stay wherever you may be in the cabin.
The open plan living space is perfectly styled with a beautifully tiled floor, on-trend ply walls and floor to ceiling patio doors that run the length of the cabin. Relax on the deep blue sofa or pull up a chair in the kitchen and drink in the view with your morning cup of tea.
The black wrought-iron bed, dressed in crisp white linen and soft Welsh woolen blankets, makes quite the statement. Fabulously comfortable, it’s possibly the best place to enjoy the view. The kitchen runs alongside one side of the cabin and is wonderfully sleek and understated. The white units and work surfaces are ultra modern - and all you need to cook up a romantic dinner for two is stylishly hidden within. And the bathroom is just as beautifully put together with a sparkling white suite and stylish black fittings.
The terrace enjoys the same luxuriously chic touches as inside. With a wooden deck, dining table for two and cosy sheepskins, it’s a great place to sit and admire the stunning view over a leisurely brunch or a romantic dinner. But the jewel in the crown has to be the gorgeous swing seat - comfortably adorned with cushions and blankets, it easily seats two. Perfect for a spot of late-night snuggling.
Location-wise, it’s all about the stunning countryside that surrounds the cabin. Grab your walking boots and explore the unrelenting majesty of this glorious landscape. Head to the coast or visit nearby Gwrych Castle with its 250 acres of historic gardens and parkland (and some rather spectacular views). And, for more adventurous couples, Snowdon is just under an hour away - scale the peak on foot, or, if you’re feeling less energetic, take the Snowdon Mountain Railway. Or, you could just sit on your terrace and simply enjoy being away from it all.

I must start with a huge WOW! Our stay here was absolutely wonderful. The cabin has everything you could want and more. Very comfortable with great amenities and we just loved sitting in the swing on the veranda. We were lucky enough to stay during lambing season and spent hours watching the young lambs play in the fields. We had a great conversation with Nia’s husband one morning about the lambs and the farm and enjoyed listening to him tell us about the land, his animals and the local area. Nia is a wonderful host and made sure we had everything we needed and was kind enough to give us some freshly laid eggs from the hens- yum! We will most definitely be back for some peace in the countryside and to explore more of North Wales. Thank you for a lovely stay.

My husband and I enjoyed a peaceful and relaxing stay and can recommend it to anyone looking for some escapism for a few days. The surrounding countryside is stunning, it's the perfect base to explore from. Thank you Nia for a wonderful break.
