Wake in the morning and throw open the shutters, lean over the Juliette balcony with the first coffee of the day and look down over the Parisian streets as the city starts its day.

Situated on the top floor of a typically chic converted townhouse, this stylish property is everything guests could want their Parisian pied-a-terre to be. This stunning apartment is filled with natural light which streams in through the large glass doors which open out revealing views over the rooftops and to the most iconic of Parisian landmarks, the Eiffel Tower, beyond. The kitchen is small but perfectly well equipped with everything required for putting together laid back breakfasts and Parisian suppers. A small breakfast bar is a great spot for a quick espresso.

The spacious separate dining area has a stylish wooden table with rattan chairs which sits by a grand marble fireplace that is surrounded by built in book cases teeming with books packed with information about this glorious city. After long days exploring, the living space, with its mustard velvet sofa, teal feature wall and original artworks, is the perfect spot to unwind with a bottle of red and make plans for the next exciting day.

At bed time there are two equally lovely bedrooms, with luxurious mattresses and bedding, original features and calming colour schemes. The large shuttered windows ensure the sun stays at bay until it's time to rise and keeps the summer heat away. The large windows offer more romantic rooftop views across the city.

So much of the city can be discovered by foot, the Eiffel Tower and Champs de Mars are just ten minute walk away and the fascinating Les Invalides is 23 minute stroll from the apartment. Avenue Émile Zola is round the corner and the area is a-buzz with cafes, bars and bistros.
