This charming stone cottage, with its sleek designer interior and fabulous location in the heart of the Tetbury conservation district, offers couples a romantic retreat with great access to the wider Gloucestershire countryside.
The honey-coloured stone exterior of the cottage exudes rustic, Cotswolds charm, whilst inside the modern amenities and contemporary design creates a calming, comfortable atmosphere.
The ground floor of the cottage is home to the open-plan kitchen and dining area. You and your loved one can whip up romantic meals in the nicely equipped, stylish kitchen, which you can enjoy on the quaint dining table for two. Sliding glass doors flood this space with natural light and in summer, why not open them up and let the outside in? The kitchen also has a Nespresso coffee machine, so you can enjoy a delicious morning coffee before you head out and seize the day. In summer, why not take your coffee out to the enclosed courtyard, which offers a peaceful spot to rest in the sunshine?
After dinner, head up the spiral staircase to the cosy lounge and settle in for a movie night or box set marathon. This atmospheric space features a deep velvet sofa sitting opposite a giant smart TV. There’s also a soft Berber rug, a fireplace for warming toes and some fabulous artwork in this lovely room.
When bedtime beckons, the cottage has a romantic four poster bed that sits under the historic eaves.
