The detail

Stay in an original grain barn on a working Norfolk farm at Peak Hall, part of the Tittleshall Barns holiday homes. Set across three floors this property sleeps up to 12 guests, making it perfect for big groups of friends and loved ones.

Upon entering Peak Hall those staying are greeted by the spacious entrance hall complete with Norfolk pamment - a traditional flooring found across the county. Underfloor heating continues throughout the ground level and into the large open plan kitchen and dining room. With exposed timber beams above, there's also a range cooker, microwave, American style fridge/freezer, and two dishwashers. There's also a table seating for up to 10 people and floor to ceiling doors on two sides that open out onto the private terraces.

Two sitting rooms can also be found on this level, both with lime washed oak floorboards and one of which can be converted into a further bedroom upon request. These rooms have lovely comfy sofas, and plenty of natural light making them an ideal space to relax an unwind after a day exploring the local area. There's also a handy cloakroom and utility room with a washer/dryer.

Also on the ground floor is the first of the five bedrooms, which is completed with a super king bed and an en-suite bathroom as well as having some delightful exposed beams giving it true rustic charm. On the first floor are two further super king bedrooms, one of which can be converted into a twin room upon request and also has its own separate shower room. Both are nice and comfy, offering guests a lovely night's sleep. Another bedroom shares a bathroom with the bunkroom, which has a bath and separate shower. Finally, the second floor is home to the fifth bedroom, which is a twin room in the eaves and therefore is cosy but has limited headroom. This too has an en-suite shower room with rainforest shower.

Outside are two terraces alongside and a pretty private garden, complete with a barbecue and outdoor furniture for 10 people. This is perfect for sitting back and relaxing in the summer sunshine and enjoying some al fresco dining with friends. The more adventurous can take one of the many walking or bike trails right on their doorstep. Alternatively the beautiful North Norfolk coastline, as well as the city of Norwich and the popular Burnham Market, are just a short drive away.
