Beautifully designed and hand-built on site, Little Idyll Shepherds Hut is a romantic and elegant accommodation option for anybody looking to spend time in the rolling greenery of Cheshire. And the hut also offers guests amazing views of the marvellous surrounding countryside and complete privacy, meaning you can relax and unwind in style.

The hut sits on the edge of majestic woodlands and provides a tranquil escape to the countryside with spectacular views of Cheshire and the Welsh mountains. These views can be enjoyed from the comfort of your bed. Time can be spent resting in the hut or on the patio, or lazing under a shady tree in the meadow. However, there is also plenty to do in the local area with famous footpaths and cycle ways including the Sandstone Trail leading to Delamere Forest, as well as Beeston and Peckforton Castles.

A number of gastro pubs are also within walking distance including Willington Hall and the Boot Inn, as well as the Fish Pool Inn in Delamere. Slightly further afield in the local villages are the Swan, Tarporley and the Yew Tree in Bunbury. Guests may wish to eat at the hut, with lovely produce available from the wonderful Hollies farm shop that is just three miles away.

Guests may also wish to visit the Roman city of Chester, with its Roman walls walk, or attend the plays in the park and local music events. There are also horseriding opportunities where you can go hacking through local woodlands. This is available at Willington Hall stables which is one mile from the hut. Oulton Park race circuit is a few miles away with race days, training days and all sorts of events throughout the year, whilst Bolesworth castle nearby hosts car fest and many other events.
