Sleeping up to 20 guests, this stunning waterside property set on a tiny private island in the west of France, benefits from glorious sea views, access to a private beach and lush, green grounds. Perfect for large group getaways, friends and families alike can spend quality time in this exclusive location while making the most of island life in a little slice of French paradise. 13 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms in the property ensure every guest is more than comfortable during their stay, with an abundance of communal space for dwellers of all ages to relax, enjoy and unwind. And with the mainland just a three-minute boat ride away, the possibility for exploration is nice and simple.

Ile d'Iris is split into three houses, each with its own facilities and space: the main house has eight bedrooms and is home to a large kitchen and living / dining room, as well as a games room and laundry room; the Old Stables provide accommodation by way of three further bedrooms, as well as its own kitchen, lounge and laundry room; the Mill boasts a large room with panoramic views over the Gulf of Morbihan as well as a kitchen and lounge. Many of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, with use of family bathrooms for all guests throughout. Outside, the house is set within gorgeous landscaped gardens, perfect for al fresco dining, with private beaches just a few steps away.

On the island, guests can spend the day relaxing on the sand, trying out some watersports or sampling some of the local seafood. You can make use of the paddle boats, kayaks and small boat to cross to the mainland or simply to enjoy the surrounding waters. On the mainland, the quaint seaside town of Arradon is the nearest place for amenities, as well as a lovely beach. Of course, the whole region of Brittany awaits with its rugged coastline, ancient historical sites and gourmet cuisine.
