Es Clotal is a stunning property which sits on 12 acres of grounds that are overflowing with gorgeous greenery and framed by stunning mountain views. The villa oozes an authentic Majorcan vibe and has been recently renovated, boasting stylish modern amenities, including a large pool. The traditional, rustic stone exterior is complemented by the bright and airy décor inside – spacious rooms with white washed walls and warm, playful furnishings.

Guests can take in the mountain views whilst relaxing on the terrace, where there is a lovely outdoor dining area. The villa is surrounded by the beautiful range of foliage, such as fruit trees and olive trees – the perfect place to enjoy an al fresco breakfast in the morning sun. Dotted around the pool are loungers for those who want to enjoy the sunshine in between taking refreshing dips in the pool.

On the villa’s ground floor, through the entrance hall with an impressive wide staircase, is a large yet cosy living room with a squashy L-shaped sofa and charming fireplace. As a villa ideal for families as well as with friends. Es Clotal also boasts a TV room where you can settle in for a movie night or box set marathon with your loved ones. The kitchen and dining room have a playful theme, with funky chairs complemented by sleek countertops and a stone feature wall.

Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom, which is located up a few steps. With a traditional Spanish feel, the room has terracotta coloured tiled floors, white washed walls and wooden ceiling beams. There is a private staircase leading up to the room’s en-suite full bathroom. On the first floor are two further bedrooms – one of which is the master bedroom and and the other is a comfy twin room. These two rooms also a large shared bathroom with shower. And, there's another double room with an en suite shower.

With plenty of beaches nearby, as well as the town of Pollença, bursting with historic charm, Es Clotal is perfectly situated for a relaxing holiday spent lounging by the pool, lazing on the beach, strolling through the villas delightful grounds and exploring the exciting island of Majorca.

If you are feeling more active, then the hiking and cycling in the area is some of the best in Europe, with numerous walking trails and bike hire nearby. For the little ones, there is a football pitch on site designed just for them.
