This beautifully built and well-appointed cabin is luxuriously furnished and has a small kitchen, a comfy king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, and comes with a gorgeous hot tub outside in the ideal spot for soaking up the sun and spectacular views. Sit and sip a drink on the wooden terrace with a table and chairs for al fresco dining and simply relax in the incredible wild setting.
Just down the road in Llangernyw you'll find the Old Stag Inn - a lovely local with open fires and tasty food. This popular pub offers a great Sunday roast and also has takeaway options, including delicious wood-fired pizzas.
For more restaurants, pubs and cafes visit the beautiful village of Betws y Coed, which has many attractions and something of an Alpine feel, enhanced by the dense Gwydir Forest and mountain backdrop.
Dôl y Mynydd is well-positioned for a variety of great attractions around North Wales including the Forest Coaster and Zip World, Go Below Underground Adventures, Surf Snowdonia, and the fantastic Highland Railway. Walking and hiking in the stunning Snowdonia National Park is an absolute must, with some of the most scenic routes in the whole of the UK.
Also, within easy reach are the Carneddau Mountains, plus numerous mountain lakes, where you can go mountain biking, walking and fishing. Bike hire, fishing and a café are available at Llyn Brenig (which contains a 10-mile round walk) or for less strenuous, but equally impressive routes visit Llyn Crafnant and Llyn Geirionydd.
Jump in the car and explore the length of the North Wales Coast, with the beaches of Llyn Peninsula, Anglesey and Conwy all within an hour’s drive.
However you don't have to travel far - right on your doorstep at Dôl y Mynydd are miles of glorious countryside and an abundance of wildlife. Listen to the woodland birds singing in the trees while red kites and buzzards soar overhead and farm animals amble lazily around the fields. This lovely secluded cabin is just right for a romantic break under the stars.
Liverpool Airport is approx 63 miles away, almost 2hrs drive.
