The newly-refurbished interior combines modern flair with traditional style and is the perfect place to relax, recharge and entertain friends and family. No expense has been spared to create a stunning home from home. In the summer months and after a long day at the beach, kick back on the private terrace as you watch the sun go down over the Atlantic Ocean. The fully-fitted kitchen opens directly onto the terrace for those nights when alfresco dining is the order of the day. If things get a bit chilly, the conservatory offers the same fantastic views to dine in style. For those quieter evenings, sink into one of the armchairs or cosy sofas and relax in front of the Sky Glass TV with all the latest content - perfect for those movie marathons.

As the night draws to a close and it’s time to rest tired eyes, head upstairs to one of the two ample bedrooms filled with natural light. Both feature a king size bed with luxury bedding and thick pillows to sink into. Families are welcome, and should you wish, one of the bedrooms can be converted into a twin room for the little ones. For extra guests, there’s a double sofa bed in the snug.

Awake refreshed in the morning and sink into the deep bath, or have a hot shower before making the most of those long Cornish days. As the smell of fresh coffee fills the kitchen, head onto the terrace for a hearty breakfast before exploring Carbis Bay and St Ives.

Carbis Bay beach is mere minutes away and is the perfect place to catch some rays and cool off in the turquoise sea. Its historic harbour promises picturesque views and fantastic seafood restaurants, while St Ives is easily accessible by one of Britain’s most scenic train journeys for those that don’t fancy the half-hour walk. Topaz is your perfect base to explore South West Cornwall with its idyllic beaches, bright blue seas, fantastic wildlife and stunning coastal walks.
